We do not recommend applying lotion and perfume directly to Jewelry and showering, swimming in the pool and sea water should be avoided while wearing Jewelry. When not worn, keep each piece separate to avoid tangling and damage. Long strands should be worn with care to prevent catches and pulls. Jewelry should be handled like a fine wine glass to avoid damage and breakage.

- Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to stay updated on your package’s journey.

Returns & Exchanges

- In-Store Exchanges: If you're in Beirut, take advantage of our in-store exchange policy. Simply present your digital invoice within 14 days of purchase at the Nada Sawaya Store, where we will gladly assist you in selecting an alternative piece that suits your style.

- Online Orders: For exchanges, you will need to return the original purchase and place a new order.

Refund Policy

For eligible returns:

- You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

- Returns are accepted exclusively via DHL. Please arrange the shipment at your own expense through your nearest DHL office to the address below:
