Return & Refund Policy
At Nada Sawaya, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept eligible returns in accordance with the policy below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned with all original packaging included
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at wecare@nadasawaya.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment to our Beirut office.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment until your return has been received and processed.
Exchanges
For online orders, exchanges are processed as a return and a new purchase.
Once your return has been approved and received, you may place a new order for your preferred item.
Customers visiting our Beirut boutique may be eligible for in-store exchanges within 14 days of purchase, subject to product condition and availability.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are non-refundable:
- Original shipping charges
- Return shipping charges
- Import duties
- Customs fees
- Brokerage fees
- Taxes, tariffs, VAT, GST, or similar government charges
- Any fees incurred as a result of a refused or abandoned shipment
Refused Shipments
All orders are shipped from Beirut, Lebanon.
Import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, tariffs, VAT, GST, and other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
If a customer refuses to pay applicable import charges and the shipment is returned to us, any return shipping costs, customs charges, brokerage fees, duties, taxes, storage fees, or other related expenses incurred will be deducted from any eligible refund.
If the returned shipment is not received by us, no refund will be issued.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at wecare@nadasawaya.com and include photographs of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
