Returnable items purchased now through December 15th can be returned through January 15th, 2021.

Products remain in your cart for as long as you have an active session, but inventory is not guaranteed until you submit your order.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to authorization by the credit card company. If the company refuses to or does not for any reason authorize payment, then we will not be able to accept your order. We also have internal order review factors to protect credit card holders.

At this time, we are unable modify order details once an order has been placed. This includes changing the color or size of an item, swapping out items and removing individual items from an existing order.

Our window for order cancellation is limited, usually up to 60 minutes from when the order has been processed within our system, and even within this time frame it is not guaranteed. RETURNS + REFUNDS
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, it is very easy, you can do it directly online and it's FREE, except for sale items.
NADA SAWAYA accepts returns of unworn and unused product within 20 days of shipment.
Easy Return process online: In the footer, click on "Start a return" and enter your order number and the email address that you used when you purchased your item and follow the steps. Please select the item(s) that you would like to return, as well as the reason for return. . Return product must be postmarked within 20 days from the date of delivery to NADA SAWAYA
Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
Note: NADA SAWAYA reserves the right to refuse return of any product that does not meet the above return requirements. You are eligible for either return credit or refund only after Nada Sawaya receive the item and confirms that it is unworn and unused. Product that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
Return Shipment Instructions
After you have completed the return process online, please print the return label and return form. Please pack items to be returned in the same box that you have received and return form inside an appropriate shipping box and seal. Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop off at your nearest FedEx location. Your credit or refund will be applied within 7-10 business days upon receipt of your item(s). At any point, you may check the status of your return online in your order history.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS NADA SAWAYA does not support pre-paid international return labels at this time. All international sales are final. Please contact email@example.com if you need further assistance.
EXCHANGES NADA SAWAYA does not accept exchanges. Customers will follow return process (stated above) for their unwanted product and will need to place a new order for the desired product.
Products returned to NADASAWAYA.com will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.
Cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for customized product orders.

For security reasons, all NADA SAWAYA purchases require an adult signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for your package, the driver will leave a notification on your door, informing you of the delivery attempt. The driver will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days and temporarily hold the delivery at a location near you. If you are still unavailable to sign for your package, the package will be returned to sender. Please note that NADA SAWAYA is not responsible for any items returned due to unavailable delivery.

We aim to provide shipping services to most locations worldwide, but please note that FedEx may have specific shipping restrictions in place on certain destinations. We will notify you as soon as possible if a shipment cannot be delivered to your location.
FedEx International Priority provides delivery typically within 1-3 business days to more than 215 countries and territories. Major cities in Canada and Mexico typically take 1 business day. Major cities in Europe and Asia typically take 2 business days
FedEx International Economy, a cost-effective delivery option, typically takes 2–5 business days to more than 215 countries and territories. Delivery takes 2 - 3 business days to key markets such as Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico.

We regret that we cannot offer an alternate-address shipping option for International orders without performing additional credit card verification.

Risk of loss and title for product shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you decide to refuse any shipments from NADA SAWAYA, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to NADA SAWAYA. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product free of charge, or replace it at our discretion. If the exact style is not available for replacement, a product of equal value and similar style will be provided. This warranty does not cover any repairs needed due to accidents, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear. We manufacture every product to meet our superior standards, but no matter how carefully you use and care for your Nada Sawaya product, nothing lasts forever. Eventually every product will begin to show signs of age and wear, and we take this into consideration when assessing your warranty request. It may be that your product has simply reached its practical lifetime and is time to be replaced, and we hope you will continue to trust Nada Sawaya to protect you for your next adventures.
Although not covered under warranty, tears, rips or other damage to your Nada Sawaya product can be serviced through our repairs department for a reasonable cost. Improper care or negligence, such as storing your product while wet, keeping it sealed in an airless environment, or not following the care instructions will result in damages that are not covered under warranty. We will always do our best to repair them to working condition, however if we are unable to, we will notify you and discuss options.
If a Nada Sawaya product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the item at our expense. If the product is not repairable, or the cost of the repairs exceeds the value of the product, at our discretion, we may choose to replace the product instead.

We aim to have your product back to you as quickly as. Our typical turn-around time is four weeks from the time we receive your product to when it gets back to you but it can take up to 90 days if we have to make a new item for you. We promise to keep you updated with more accurate estimates throughout the process.
For any repairs covered by our warranty policy there is no charge to you. Non-warranty repair costs will vary, depending on the materials and length of time required. Once we have received and assessed your product, we will contact you regarding repair options and costs (if applicable).
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items to Nada Sawaya, and Nada Sawaya will cover the return shipping costs. Please ensure that you ship the product using a carrier that can provide you with tracking information and proof of delivery. You are responsible for your product until we sign for its delivery.
QuadPay is a payment plan that allows you to pay for your purchases via 4 simple, interest-free installments. QuadPay empowers you to buy now, pay overtime and avoid interest repayments.
By paying the QuadPay way, you will only be paying 25% of that order day one, with 0% interest.
There are no fees if you pay on time. They only charge a $7 fee on any installment that is seven days overdue. If after 14 days the account is still past due, then a one-time $7 account fee is added.
For initial sign up they only need your date of birth, mobile number, and either a debit or credit card. After that they only need you to enter your mobile number to make a purchase through QuadPay. QuadPay is completely secure.
QuadPay does not approve every order. Their automated system takes into account various factors to determine whether you are approved and what spend limit they can provide you with. If you are a repeat purchaser and have made all your repayments in time, there is a good chance you will receive a higher limit than somebody who is a new customer. They also look at the total value of your order and can deny transactions if they exceed certain limits. Sometimes reducing the value of your order can help.
You can sign up during the checkout process. For the initial sign up they will just need your date of birth, a mobile number and either a debit or credit card. You'll know if you are approved instantly!

Your first payment is due at the time of your purchase. The next three payments are bi-weekly, over 6 weeks.
QuadPay associates a Payment Card with an Order when you first complete the checkout process for that Order. If you need to change which payment method is used for future installments for an Order, follow these steps to associate a different card with a given Order. This will cause all further installments for that Order to be billed against your new Payment Card. You will need to repeat this process for each Order you would like to migrate to a new Payment Card. If you would like to use a Payment Card not yet associated with your QuadPay account, follow these instructions to add that card to your account first: Log into the Customer Portal at https://customer.quadpay.com/login Go to the Orders Page Click View Order for the order you would like to change Click Edit next to the Payment Card in the Order Details Click Use This Card next to the card you would like to use for future installments
When an attempt at a purchase is made you will see that pending charge sit there. If the purchase is successful, the charge will go through after ~24 hours.
If the purchase is not successful and you did not receive an order confirmation, then the charge will be removed from the account after ~24 hours.
Remember, you can only use QuadPay if you: Live in the US, are at least 18 years old, have a valid and verifiable mobile number, and are using a US credit/debit card to make a purchase. If there is an issue with your payment Card we recommend reaching out to your Bank first to see what the issue is.
As soon as Quadpay is notified of the return, you are refunded the amount you’ve paid to-date and QuadPay cancels all future payments.
QuadPay has a portal where you can log in by entering just their mobile number and have instant access to their past and current orders.
If you have not already paid all four installments, then you will apply a credit towards them. If the credit is more than your open installments it may be split up; partially applied to your payment plan and partially refunded to your credit card associated with the order.
If you have already paid all four installments, then they will refund your credit card associated with the order.
Just like you pay in installments they will refund you in that manner. So, make sure you look through your credit card statement for 1-4 refunds from QuadPay.
