In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund if necessary.

Once an order has been placed, we are generally unable to modify the items, colors, sizes, or quantities in the order.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, any changes will be subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are shipped directly from Beirut, Lebanon.
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express.
International orders are shipped via DHL Express. Orders within Lebanon are delivered by local courier partners.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
Shipping within Lebanon is charged at a flat rate of $5.
Lebanon: typically 1–4 business days.
International: typically 2–6 business days via DHL Express, depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Same-day delivery may be available in certain areas of Lebanon. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS
No. All orders are shipped from Beirut, Lebanon, and the prices displayed on our website do not include import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, tariffs, VAT, GST, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by DHL or local customs authorities before delivery.
We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order, as customs charges vary by destination.
The shipping fee paid at checkout covers transportation only. Duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country are separate charges and may be collected by DHL or local customs authorities before delivery.
If duties, taxes, or customs fees are refused, the shipment may be returned or abandoned by customs. Any return shipping charges, customs fees, duties, taxes, or carrier fees incurred will be deducted from any eligible refund.
RETURNS + REFUNDS
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included.
To initiate a return, please contact us at wecare@nadasawaya.com and include your order number. We will review your request and provide return instructions.
Unless the item is defective or was received damaged, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges are non-refundable.
Items returned worn, used, damaged, altered, or without their original tags and packaging may not be accepted for a refund.
