Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped directly from Beirut, Lebanon.
Shipping Destinations
We ship throughout Lebanon and to over 130 countries worldwide via DHL Express.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Shipping Rates
Lebanon
- Flat-rate shipping: $5
- Same-day delivery may be available in certain areas. Please contact us for availability.
International Orders
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and dimensions.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If you require expedited processing, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Times
Lebanon
Most orders are delivered within 1–4 business days, depending on location and order time.
International
DHL Express delivery typically takes 2–6 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures.
Please note that customs inspections and clearance delays are beyond our control and may affect delivery times.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment directly through DHL.
Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
International orders are shipped from Lebanon.
Import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, tariffs, VAT, GST, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by DHL or local customs authorities before delivery.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused by the customer or cannot be delivered due to unpaid duties and taxes, incorrect address information, or failure to respond to the carrier, any return shipping charges, customs charges, duties, taxes, or carrier fees incurred will be deducted from any eligible refund.
