All orders are shipped from Beirut, Lebanon.

International orders are shipped via DHL Express, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged or defective.

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued to the original method of payment.

Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges are non-refundable.

'- Recommended: To maintain the temperature of your drink for longer, either pre-heat inside of bottle with boiling water or pre-chill with cold water, before emptying and filling with your chosen drink.
- Hand wash only after every use with a mixture of hot water and bicarbonate of soda or washing-up liquid
- Not dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave or oven safe
- Do not use for carrying or storing ice cubes as this may damage the inner liner
- Not suitable for carbonated drinks
- To minimise bacterial growth, do not use to store warm milk products or baby food
- Avoid sharp/hard objects scratching the bottle during transit and storage
