IMPORTANT: MY BOB is concerned by animal welfare. Our feathers get a second chance as we up-cycle them after passing by farms serving the food industry. They are delicately selected and collected to offer the best quality in the best possible conditions.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are shipped from Beirut, Lebanon.
Import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, tariffs, VAT, GST, and other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping cost and may be collected by DHL or local customs authorities before delivery.
International orders are shipped via DHL Express, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged or defective.
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued to the original method of payment.
