Care Instructions
Machine wash:
Turn inside out and use the “Wool” or “Delicate” cold cycle.
Use mild detergent for delicate fabrics and the protective wash bag provided with your purchase.
Hand wash:
Soak in lukewarm water with a small amount of mild detergent.
Drying:
Spin at max 400 rpm or skip spinning.
Lay flat to dry.
Do not leave the sweater wet in the drum to avoid felting or shrinkage.
Ironing:
Use light steam only — no direct contact with the sweater.

All orders are shipped from Beirut, Lebanon.
Import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, tariffs, VAT, GST, and other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping cost and may be collected by DHL or local customs authorities before delivery.
International orders are shipped via DHL Express, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged or defective.
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued to the original method of payment.
