All orders are shipped from Beirut, Lebanon.

Import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, tariffs, VAT, GST, and other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping cost and may be collected by DHL or local customs authorities before delivery.

International orders are shipped via DHL Express, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged or defective.

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued to the original method of payment.

Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges are non-refundable.

Washing instructions
If your shoes get dirty, you can clean them with a damp cloth with a little dishwashing liquid. Remember to take the insoles out, as they cannot tolerate getting wet.

Do not tumble dry shoes with textiles.

Before using your shoes with textiles
Before using shoes with textiles, spray them a few times with an impregnating spray. The spray must not contain silicone as it may leave marks on the fabric.

After your shoes with textiles has been in use
Clean them with a special textile cleaner for shoes and let them dry. Then re-apply the impregnating spray again.
