We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged or defective.

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued to the original method of payment.

Do not submerge in water. If the hat gets wet, reshape the crown and brim immediately, stuff with tissue paper, and dry flat in the shade.</li><li><strong>Cotton Hats &amp; Bucket Hats:</strong> Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent to prevent shrinkage. For minor stains, spot clean with a soft toothbrush. Air dry flat away from direct heat to protect the shape.</li><li><strong>Baseball Caps:</strong> Spot clean the sweatband and crown using warm water and mild soap. Avoid machine washing to protect the structural integrity of the front panel and brim. Air dry by placing over a round object to retain shape.</li><li><strong>Woven &amp; Fedora Hats:</strong> Use a soft-bristled brush or lint roller in a counter-clockwise motion to lift away debris. Store your fedoras upside down on their crown, or on a dedicated hat peg, to prevent the brim from warping over time.</li><li><strong>General Storage Tip:</strong> Keep all hats stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to avoid fabric fading and material brittleness.</li></ul>
