These handcrafted jewelry pieces are made one by one by skilled glass artists in Barcelona, Spain. Each piece is created using flame-working techniques, without molds, resulting in unique, one-of-a-kind designs with slight variations in color, shape, and size.

They are made of borosilicate glass, a recyclable material known for its durability, resistance to chemicals, and ability to withstand high temperatures without cracking or deforming. ItÕs also odorless and does not retain flavors.

The artisans produce these pieces on demand, helping to reduce unnecessary stock and minimize energy and resource waste.

PRODUCT CARE
To preserve the color and integrity of your jewelry, avoid exposure to water, drops, or impact. We recommend removing your pieces before showering, swimming, or engaging in sports. Store them individually in their original packaging, and clean gently with a suede cloth when needed.

Each piece is handcrafted individually using traditional glassblowing techniques, without the use of molds. This process ensures that no two items are exactly alikeÑsubtle variations in color, shape, and size make every piece truly one of a kind.

For a correct handling and color preservation please: Avoid falls, sudden blows or water exposure.

- Free Shipping Offer: For a limited time, enjoy free shipping on Full-priced orders above $500. Please note that sale items, even those above $500, are not eligible for free shipping.

- Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to stay updated on your package’s journey.

Returns & Exchanges

- In-Store Exchanges: If you're in Beirut, take advantage of our in-store exchange policy. Simply present your digital invoice within 14 days of purchase at the Nada Sawaya Store, where we will gladly assist you in selecting an alternative piece that suits your style.

- Online Orders: For exchanges, you will need to return the original purchase and place a new order.

Refund Policy

For eligible returns:

- You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

- Returns are accepted exclusively via DHL. Please arrange the shipment at your own expense through your nearest DHL office to the address below:
