All orders are shipped from Beirut, Lebanon.

Import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, tariffs, VAT, GST, and other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping cost and may be collected by DHL or local customs authorities before delivery.

International orders are shipped via DHL Express, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged or defective.

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued to the original method of payment.

Alexis Bittar Collections consist of plated metal, which may darken or tarnish with normal wear. Unfortunately, we are not able to repair discolored or tarnished items at this time. Gently wipe the metal surface with a soft cloth to clean, however, excessive polishing may rub off or scratch the plating. Avoid direct contact with lotions, perfumes or oils. Excessive light, heat or moisture will deteriorate the quality of Lucite, plating, and stones. Each piece is unique, so stones and pearls may vary in shape, size and color. Stone inclusions may be visible to the eye and are considered a part of their beauty.

All our jewels are made with the highest quality materials, however we believe it is useful to inform you that brass, like silver, is subject to oxidation and therefore it may be necessary to polish the products with a damp cloth or with special detergents.

Avoid spraying perfume directly on the jewelery or letting it come into contact with disinfectant gels and other types of detergents.
