ONLINE ORDERS
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, it is very easy, you can do it directly online and it's FREE, except for sale items.
NADA SAWAYA accepts returns of unworn and unused product within 20 days of shipment.
Easy Return process online:
In the footer, click on "Start a return" and enter your order number and the email address that you used when you purchased your item and follow the steps.
Please select the item(s) that you would like to return, as well as the reason for return.

Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
Note: NADA SAWAYA reserves the right to refuse return of any product that does not meet the above return requirements. You are eligible for either return credit or refund only after Nada Sawaya receive the item and confirms that it is unworn and unused. Product that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

NADASAWAYA ships internationally with Fedex.com.
We aim to provide shipping services to most locations worldwide, but please note that FedEx may have specific shipping restrictions in place on certain destinations. We will notify you as soon as possible if a shipment cannot be delivered to your location.
FedEx International Priority provides delivery typically within 1-3 business days to more than 215 countries and territories. Major cities in Canada and Mexico typically take 1 business day. Major cities in Europe and Asia typically take 2 business days
FedEx International Economy, a cost-effective delivery option, typically takes 2–5 business days to more than 215 countries and territories. Delivery takes 2 - 3 business days to key markets such as Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico.
Please note that all shipping options may not be available for every delivery location. FedEx provides estimated delivery dates, after shipment completion.
We regret that we cannot offer an alternate-address shipping option for International Orders without performing additional credit card verification.
Purchases made with a foreign bank-issued credit card may require additional processing time for credit verification.
Orders may be canceled if we are unable to verify the billing information provided through the card-issuing bank. To assist in the verification process, we request that international customers select a shipping address that matches the billing information listed on the payment credit card.
Risk of loss and title for product shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be.
Shipping Rates
The international shipping cost will be calculated based on the service level, the number of items purchased, the weight of the items and the destination country.
*Please note that all International shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). All duties and taxes shall be borne the purchaser.
Order Processing: International orders will be packed and ready to ship within 1-2 business days of order placement. Business days are Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays. International orders are subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays beyond provided delivery estimates.
Exchange Rates: Orders are paid in USD and the exchange rate will be calculated at time of purchase by the customer’s credit card processor. We are unable to offer adjustments for exchange rate changes. The exchange rate and international credit card fees will be dependent on the credit card that the customer is using.
STORE PURCHASES
For your convenience, NADA SAWAYA will grant customers up to 45 days from the date of purchase to return/exchange items purchased between 11/18/2022 - 12/31/2022, as long as all conditions of the NADA SAWAYA Return Policy are met.
This limited-time holiday offer grants customers an extra 30 days in addition to NADA SAWAYA’s standard 14-day return/exchange policy, for a total of 45 days from the date of purchase.
Ex. If you purchase on 12/31/2022, the last day allotted for this policy is 3/1/2023. We hope you find something to love this season.
NADA SAWAYA does not support pre-paid international return labels at this time. All international sales are final. Please contact wecare@e.nadasawaya.com if you need further assistance.

Merchandise purchased in stores must be returned to the original purchase store location for a full refund to the original form of payment up to 14 days from the purchase date
◉ Merchandise will only be accepted in its original condition (new and unused) with tags attached.
◉ Packaged items may be returned after the package has been opened; tags must still be attached to the item.
◉ Items marked Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged
◉ Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.
*Returns will not be accepted without an original purchase receipt.
Returns made with a gift receipt will be returned for a store merchandise gift card.
Nada Sawaya does not accept exchanges.
Customers will follow return process (stated above) for their unwanted product and will need to place a new order for the desired product.
If you wish to return an item that you received as a gift, you have two options available:
◉ If you received a gift receipt with your item, you may return the item for store merchandise credit or you may exchange the item for a different size or a different item.
◉ If you wish to return a gift received from an online order, we will have to credit the sender’s credit card for the cost of purchase.
Please note: When exchanging in store all merchandise must be in its original selling condition and include the original product packaging, tags, and labels. Exchanges without an original purchase receipt will only be accepted for the same item in a different color or size.

Your credit or refund will be applied within 7-10 business days upon receipt of your item(s).
Items marked Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged.
IOne-time price adjustments can be made in store with the original purchase receipt up to 10 days from the purchase date, excluding pre-advertised promotions.
Please note: We will need the item, original purchase receipt and original form of payment in order to complete your price adjustment.
At this time, online-only promotions will not be honored in store.
It typically takes 3-5 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account once the refund has been processed by the store.
If it has been more than 5 business days since your refund, please send a clear copy of the original purchase receipt and refund receipt to our agents by contacting us via Live hat.
Once this information is received, we will partner with the store to resolve this issue accordingly.
