RETURN / EXCHANGE
ONLINE ORDERS
• All orders are dispatched via DHL from Beirut, LEBANON.
• Some destinations may have shipping restrictions. We'll inform you if we can't deliver.
• DHL provides fast delivery to 215+ countries within 1-4 business days. We're sorry, but we can't ship to an alternate address for international orders without additional credit card verification.
• Please note that foreign bank-issued credit cards may require extra processing time.
• Customers must select a shipping address that matches the credit card's billing information for the verification process.
• You're responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by your country.
• Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of the items.
• International orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays.
• Customs clearance may cause delays.
• Exchange rates will be determined by the customer's credit card processor at the time of purchase.
• We cannot offer adjustments for exchange rate changes or international credit card fees.
• Easy and free return for unworn and unused products within 14 days of shipment (except sale items).
• Start the online return process by clicking "Start a return" in the footer.
• Select the item(s) and reason for return.
• Ensure the merchandise is in its original condition, tags, and packaging included.
• NADA SAWAYA reserves the right to reject products that do not meet the return requirements.
• Eligible for return credit or refund once we confirm the item is unworn and unused.
• Worn, used, altered, or damaged products are not accepted.
• Print the return label and form, pack them in the original box, and affix the return label to it.
• Drop off the package at a DHL location.
• Check the return status anytime in your order history.
• NADA SAWAYA does not offer exchanges.
• To exchange a product, customers must initiate a return as per the return process mentioned above.
• After returning the unwanted product, customers can place a new order for the desired product.
If you wish to return an item that you received as a gift, you have two options available:
• If you received a gift receipt with your item, you may return the item for store merchandise credit or you may exchange the item for a different size or a different item.
• If you wish to return a gift received from an online order, we will have to credit the sender’s credit card for the cost of purchase.
Please note:
• When exchanging in store all merchandise must be in its original selling condition and include the original product packaging, tags, and labels.
• Exchanges without an original purchase receipt will only be accepted for the same item in a different color or size.
• Items marked Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged.
After we receive your item(s), your credit or refund will be applied within 3-5 business days.
Items marked "Final Sale" may not be returned or exchanged.
• One-time price adjustments can be made in-store with the original purchase receipt within 10 days from the purchase date.
• Pre-advertised promotions are excluded from price adjustments.
• The item, original purchase receipt, and original form of payment are required to complete the price adjustment.
• Online-only promotions will not be honored in-store.
• Refund processing time: It takes 7-10 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account once the refund has been processed.
• Delayed refund resolution: If it has been more than 5 business days since your refund, contact us via Live Chat and send a clear copy of the original purchase receipt and refund receipt to our agents.
• Issue resolution: Once we receive this information, we will resolve the issue accordingly.

Important Notes on How Refunds are Calculated
■ Shipping fees are not refundable.
■ Duties & Taxes are not refundable.
• NADA SAWAYA is offering a limited-time holiday return/exchange policy.
• Customers have 45 days from the date of purchase to return/exchange items bought between 11/18/2023 - 12/31/2023.
• This offer includes an additional 30 days on top of the standard 14-day return/exchange policy.
• To qualify for the policy, all conditions of the NADA SAWAYA Return Policy must be met.
• The last day to return/exchange items purchased under this policy is 3/1/2024.
