Aurora Gold Earrings

All Tataborello jewels are made with HYPOALLERGIC and NICKEL FREE materials. The frames are usually made of antique gold-colored galvanized brass, hypoallergenic and nickel free.

All our jewels are made with the highest quality materials, however we believe it is useful to inform you that brass, like silver, is subject to oxidation and therefore it may be necessary to polish the products with a damp cloth or with special detergents.

Avoid spraying perfume directly on the jewelery or letting it come into contact with disinfectant gels and other types of detergents.

RINGS
All our rings are ADJUSTABLE thanks to an invisible slot located at the base of the frame.

NECKLACES
Our necklaces are all ADJUSTABLE thanks to an extension chain on the back but, in case of more specific customization needs, do not hesitate to contact us and we will offer you the most suitable solutions.

EARRINGS
Almost all of our earrings can also be made with a CLIP CLOSURE, to check their feasibility we invite you to contact our customer service (wecare@nadasawaya.com).

- Free Shipping Offer: For a limited time, enjoy free shipping on Full-priced orders above $500. Please note that sale items, even those above $500, are not eligible for free shipping.

- Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to stay updated on your package’s journey.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to find your perfect piece and be completely satisfied with your purchase!

- In-Store Exchanges: If you're in Beirut, take advantage of our in-store exchange policy. Simply present your digital invoice within 14 days of purchase at the Nada Sawaya Store, where we will gladly assist you in selecting an alternative piece that suits your style.

- Online Orders: For exchanges, you will need to return the original purchase and place a new order.

Refund Policy

For eligible returns:

- You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

- Returns are accepted exclusively via DHL. Please arrange the shipment at your own expense through your nearest DHL office to the address below:

- Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
