Order
1. Start by selecting an item from our website. Choose your preferred color and quantity, and then add it to your shopping cart.
2. When you're ready to finalize your purchase, click the "Checkout" button in your cart. You will be redirected to the sign-in page, where you can either sign into your NADA SAWAYA account, proceed as a guest, or use payment options such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay.
3. You will then be directed to the Shipping Information page. Take a moment to carefully review this page, as changes to the address might be limited once the order is complete.
4. After entering your address, you will proceed to the payment information page. Please ensure that your billing information matches what your financial institution has on file. This is also where you can enter any available promo codes. Remember, this is your only opportunity to apply a promo code.
5. Once you have entered your payment information, you will be directed to the Place Order page. Take the time to thoroughly review all the details of your order, as it will not be possible to modify the items once payment has been processed. Shortly after placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

While you have an active session, the products you add to your cart will be retained. However, please note that inventory availability is not guaranteed until you proceed to submit your order. It's recommended to complete the checkout process promptly to secure the availability of the items you wish to purchase.
Please be aware that all credit or debit cardholders are subject to authorization by their respective credit card companies. If, for any reason, the credit card company refuses to authorize the payment, we will be unable to accept your order. Additionally, we have internal order review processes in place to protect credit card holders. These measures are implemented to ensure the security and safety of our customers' financial information.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but currently, we are unable to make changes to order details once an order has been placed. This includes modifying the color or size of an item, swapping items, or removing individual items from an existing order.
If you realize that you have made a mistake on your order, we recommend reaching out to our customer service team. They will assist you in attempting to cancel the order so that you can replace it with the correct details.
Please be aware that if an order is no longer eligible for cancellation, our customer service team will advise you to follow our Return Policy. In such cases, you may need to return any items that comply with the policy and are in saleable condition to receive a refund to the original form of payment.
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation window is typically limited to approximately 60 minutes from when the order has been processed within our system. However, even within this time frame, cancellation is not guaranteed.

Please note that if your order is ineligible for cancellation, you will be advised to return the items for a refund to the original form of payment. You can find instructions on how to return your online order by clicking here. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once the product arrives back at our warehouse.
Please be aware that made-to-order items and personalized items are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund. Once a made-to-order item has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
RETURNS + REFUNDS
We always strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products. However, if you need to return an order, we have made the process easy and convenient. Please note that return shipping is free, except for sale items.
Here's how you can initiate a return online:
- In the footer of our website, click on "Start a return."
- Enter your order number and the email address used during the purchase, and follow the provided steps.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide the reason for the return.
- The return must be postmarked within 14 days from the date of delivery to NADA SAWAYA.
- Ensure that the merchandise being returned is in its original condition, with tags and packaging included. Failure to do so may result in the return being rejected and a refund not issued.
Please note that NADA SAWAYA reserves the right to refuse the return of any product that does not meet the above return requirements. You will be eligible for a return credit or refund only after we receive the item and confirm that it is unworn and unused.
We do not accept returns for products that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged.
Return Shipment Instructions:
- After completing the return process online, print the return label and return form.
- Pack the items to be returned in the original box and include the return form.
- Place the box in an appropriate shipping box, seal it securely.
- Attach the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest FedEx location.
- Your credit or refund will be applied within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item(s).
- You can check the status of your return online in your order history.
Please note that we do not currently provide pre-paid international return labels. All international sales are considered final.

Once products are returned to NADASAWAYA.com, they will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been credited. Please note that refunds can only be issued in the same form as the original payment method used.
Please note that cancellations, exchanges, or returns are not accepted for customized product orders. As these items are specifically personalized or made-to-order according to your specifications, they cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. U.S. Shipping
We kindly request that each order be shipped to a single address. If you need to ship items to multiple addresses, we recommend placing separate orders for each mailing address. This ensures accurate delivery and helps us maintain efficient order processing. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team.
We work with DHL to ensure the smooth delivery of your packages.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track your package throughout its journey. You can use this tracking number to stay updated on the status and location of your package until it reaches its destination.
We only ship DHL Express
This option typically takes about 2-5 business days for the package to arrive. Please note that orders are shipped from Beirut, Lebanon.
Please be aware that the order processing time still applies before the package is shipped.
Important notes regarding shipping:
- APO/FPO: We are unable to ship purchases to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, or freight forwarders. If you wish to bill an order to your APO/FPO address, please contact us at wecare@e.nadasawaya.com.
- Delayed Ship Date: If an order contains an item with a delayed ship date, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available.

To ensure the security of your NADA SAWAYA purchases, we require an adult signature upon delivery. If you are not available to sign for the package, THE DHL delivery driver will leave a notification on your door to inform you of the attempted delivery.
The driver will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. If you are still unavailable to sign for the package after these attempts, the package will be temporarily held at a nearby location for you to pick up.
However, if you are unable to retrieve the package and it is returned to the sender, please note that NADA SAWAYA cannot be held responsible for items that are returned due to unavailability for delivery.
We recommend ensuring that someone is available to sign for the package during the scheduled delivery times to avoid any inconvenience. If you have any further questions or need assistance regarding the delivery of your package, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
NADA SAWAYA offers international shipping through DHL, allowing us to ship to most locations worldwide.
However, please be aware that DHL may have specific shipping restrictions in certain destinations. If your location is affected by such restrictions, we will promptly notify you.
For international shipments, we only offer DHL International Priority. This service provides delivery typically within 1-3 business days to over 215 countries and territories.
Please note that not all shipping options may be available for every delivery location. DHL will provide estimated delivery dates after the shipment is completed.
Important information for international orders:
- Alternate-address shipping: Unfortunately, we cannot offer an alternate-address shipping option for international orders without additional credit card verification.
- Foreign bank-issued credit cards: Purchases made with foreign bank-issued credit cards may require additional processing time for credit verification. Orders may be canceled if we are unable to verify the provided billing information through the card-issuing bank. To facilitate the verification process, we kindly request that international customers select a shipping address that matches the billing information listed on the payment credit card.
- Customs duties and taxes: When shipping internationally, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by your country. You will be responsible for paying any additional charges related to customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amounts.
- Shipping rates: The international shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the chosen service level, the number and weight of items purchased, and the destination country. Please note that all international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and the purchaser will be responsible for any duties and taxes.
- Delivery times: Orders must be placed by 2 pm (EST) to be processed on the same day.
- Exchange rates: All orders are paid in USD, and the exchange rate will be calculated at the time of purchase by the customer's credit card processor. We are unable to offer adjustments for exchange rate changes. The exchange rate and international credit card fees will depend on the specific credit card used by the customer.

Please be aware that all international shipments from NADASAWAYA.com are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that orders shipped outside of Lebanon may be subject to custom taxes and duties. It is the responsibility of the receiver to bear these costs, which are payable upon delivery of the goods. Each country has its own customs regulations and import costs, so we recommend checking your country's import regulations and associated costs before placing your order.
Customs policies can vary widely from country to country, so we advise contacting your local customs office for further information and clarification.
When you place an order on NADASAWAYA.com for international shipping, you act as the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. By ordering, you authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country. This enables the carrier to clear your product and pay any duties and taxes on your behalf.

For international shipments, it's important to note that cross-border packages may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. We may also provide specific order, shipment, and product information, such as descriptions, to our international carriers. In the event that you choose to refuse any shipments from NADA SAWAYA, please be aware that you will be responsible for various charges associated with the shipment. These charges include the original shipping fees incurred to send the package to you, any duties, taxes, and customs charges imposed on both the original shipment and the return shipment, as well as the cost of returning the package to NADA SAWAYA. The total amount of these charges will be deducted from the refund for the products you ordered.
Please note that the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. This means that if you choose to return an item or refuse a shipment, the original shipping fees that were paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded. Only the cost of the returned product(s) will be eligible for a refund, minus any applicable deductions or fees.

As soon as you place your order, we perform a pre-authorization on your credit card. The pre-authorization period lasts for 7 days. Within this period, we capture a payment to collect the funds for your order. Rest assured, the pre-authorization will automatically expire after the 7-day period.
