- Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to stay updated on your package’s journey.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to find your perfect piece and be completely satisfied with your purchase! However, due to high custom rates.

- In-Store Exchanges: If you're in Beirut, take advantage of our in-store exchange policy. Simply present your digital invoice within 14 days of purchase at the Nada Sawaya Store, where we will gladly assist you in selecting an alternative piece that suits your style.

- Online Orders: For exchanges, you will need to return the original purchase and place a new order.

Refund Policy

For eligible returns:

- You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

- Returns are accepted exclusively via DHL. Please arrange the shipment through your nearest DHL office to the address below:

- Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
