Returns & Exchanges

- In-Store Exchanges: If you're in Beirut, take advantage of our in-store exchange policy. Simply present your digital invoice within 14 days of purchase at the Nada Sawaya Store, where we will gladly assist you in selecting an alternative piece that suits your style.
- Online Orders: For exchanges, you will need to return the original purchase and place a new order.
Refund Policy
For eligible returns:
- You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
- Returns are accepted exclusively via DHL. Please arrange the shipment at your own expense through your nearest DHL office to the address below:
